A glass of red wine a day or a glass of grape juice (150ml) at lunch and another one at dinner help to prevent coronary artery obstruction.

Researches showed that some chemicals found in grapes help to dilate the arteries and therefore may reduce blood pressure.

From a therapeutic standpoint, this is a powerful juice, and may: provide energy, stimulate liver functions, combat the acidity of blood, stimulate the digestive system speeding up metabolism, and can still be used in slimming diets because it detoxifies the body in many ways.

The juice of this powerful and delicious fruit is rich in vitamins, minerals and contains over 20 antioxidants, what makes it also effective in combating aging.

Antioxidants are found in seeds and fruit skin and the more vibrant the color, the greater its power to combat the dreaded free radicals produced in our body. This means that the red and purple grapes are the most powerful.

We must be aware of healthy nutritional habits, and that the consumption of antioxidants should be incorporated in our daily diet because its benefits are evident in long-term consumption.

But you should also be aware that grapes are very sweet therefore people with diabetes shall eat them or drink its juice moderately.
